I made an erroneous transaction and noticed right away. I sent an email to the support team and received a reply email in just 11 emails! The order was cancelled and I got a full refund. I am impressed with the customer service via email.
Todd has stayed in touch with me for a few weeks now. That does not mean problem or issue took that long to solve. I personally did not get back to him in a timely fashion. However, when we reconnected yesterday, he was well prepared and had notes from several months back. I am in the West Coast and although there is a 3 hour time difference, he remained on the phone with me till after hours. He assured to do a lil more digging and get back to me with further troubleshooting following day at 12pm. As of today we talked went over a few solutions and problem has been solved. Very happy with support. I own 2 Vaultek products and soon will be 3 (RS800i).

Absolutely love it! Very well organized and clean look inside. My only complaint is the backup keyhole that is definitely the week point. I understand support team will have a harder day but that’s what a safe supposed to do. If you don’t have the code you can’t get in.
Overall great safe but the support team is even better! Always responds fast and helped me quite a few times.

Excellent products and even better customer service. Products are worth every penny considering they work and alert you if anyone interacts with the safes.
Customer service resolved an issue I had with a missing part in less time than it took me to send the picture of the missing part.
I accidentally lost my key to my VT20 safe and their customer service went above and beyond to assist me in obtaining a replacement. Though it took a couple of attempts to find the correct key, they provided the best quality customer service I have ever received. Even, paying for shipping. Overall, I more than satisfied with Vaultek and will only by my safes through them.
Over all I really like this product. It’s light, small and compact. The only problem that I have is when my CZ 75 SP-01 is inside the safe the tray can not be in there, if it is in there I am unable to close and latch the safe. If I would have known this I most likely wouldn’t have gotten the 2.0 version and just saved the extra money and got the 1st version.
Every Household Should have a Vaultek Safe it’s a Definitely Must Have at Least One.!!

After much research, I purchased a Vaultek Lifepod in Nov 2020 and followed that up with the purchase of a larger Vaultek Pro VE model. Everything I had read about the quality of their product and customer service was proved correct. Therefore, when they introduced the Lifepod 2.0 I had to buy one. Imagine my surprise when I was unable to program a new code w/ my 2.0, I contacted Vaultek customer support. Seth and his team were/are awesome. They walked me through a couple of troubleshooting steps and when they proved unsuccessful, they provided me a return label and immediately overnighted a replacement to me. Upon receipt of my replacement Lifepod, I discovered I had been not been following code reprogramming protocol correctly. I am now absolutely thrilled with my LifePod 2.0, Special Edition. Its build-quality, styling, features, and functionality represent the best in gun-safe design. As I move up in size as my gun collection grows, I will buy nothing but Vaultek products. Contacted VAULTEK with biometrics issues. Sent email as it was after hours. First thing in the am; they got right back to me and had my issue fixed. Great service!
I have purchased 3 Separate VAULTEK products. A backpack, 2.0 safe and Series 20 safe to protect and carry my glocks. The products are fantastic and the service support is quick and comprehensive. I purchased the VT20i and had some technical difficulties shortly after receiving my safe. After contacting VAULTEK my issues were resolved in a timely manner and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Totally worth the money. I recommend this product for anyone looking for a great and practical safe. The is is exactly what I was looking for and more.
